Wizards and Lizards will officially be bringing their special brand of magic to Oviedo Night Market in 2025! Be sure to follow us on social media to stay up to date on all the awesome events and markets coming to the mall next year! For vendors, please complete the application below to be considered for upcoming Night Markets.
The theme for this years Night Markets:
February 7th - Carnivale
March 7th - Retro Galaxy
April 11th - Mixtape Market
May 9th - Game Night
July 18th - Mallrat Madness (80s-00s)
August 8th - Midsummer Groove (50s-70s)
September 12th - Harvest Moon
October 10th - Neon Nightmare
November 14th - Pajama Party
December 12th - Mistletoe Market
Vendor Applications
Please read all of the following before submitting your application:
Night Markets will take place from 5 PM - 9 PM. All Night Markets taking place the remainder of this year will be INSIDE.
Day-of set ups will be starting at 2 pm.
All Vendors must be open during the entire run-time of the event and tear down must not begin before 9 PM. If you tear down before 9 pm you may be barred from future Wizards and Lizards Fairs.
Vendors are responsible for bringing their own setup, including the tent, any tables or chairs you might need, signage, etc… All tent legs must be properly weighted and secured when outside. No canopies are needed for inside events.
Outdoor events in Nov and Dec will be outside Oviedo Mall and will be held Rain or Shine.
We are open to all vendors but are giving first priority to those who have a focus on local, handmade goods. When in doubt, apply anyway!
We would really love to see each vendor try to be a part of the theme. We want to try to create a new atmosphere in the Night Market to get guests excited to keep coming back. Participation in the theme could be everything from making a special design(s)/item(s) that relates to decorating your booth. We will be awarding the best decorated booth with a free space at the following market. If you win and you’ve already paid for the next event, we will refund that month’s fee. July is Midnight Mallrats (80s-00s) and August is Midsummer Groove (50s-70s).
Booth space is first come, first served for sign ups and payment. However, All spots will be assigned! If you have special requests - please let us know in your application and we will do our best to accommodate.
Vendors are not allowed to “Carnival Bark” for customers or solicit other business’s for sales. Signage offering vendor discounts are acceptable.
Food trucks must display the proper licensing and have their applications submitted at least 2 weeks ahead of time. Sorry, no food trucks will be allowed during the indoor markets.
Applications made within a week of the event will automatically be waitlisted. If we have room we will let you know and get you in as quickly as possible, but in general we won’t be accepting applications for each event starting 7 days prior.
Payments are final and refunds will not be processed due to cancellation, illness, weather, rule-breaking, etc…
This event is being run by Wizards and Lizards and all communication will come from our official email and signed by The Bard, Adam Brown, or The Sorcerer, Dylan Brown. Please disregard any other communication.
