This event will be held on Saturday, October 18th.
The event takes place from 11AM - 6PM.
Day-of registrations will begin at 8AM. All Vendors must be fully set-up and ready to begin by 10:45AM.
All Vendors must be open during the entire run-time of the event and tear down must not begin before 6PM. If you tear down before 6pm you may be barred from future Wizards and Lizards Fairs.
Vendors are responsible for bringing their own setup, including any tables or chairs you might need.
We want to turn the mall pink in support of the breast cancer foundation and awareness so vendors will be required to wear a pink tshirt and use pink tablecloths. Pink shirts with your business logo will be available from Wizards and Lizards for $15. Pink table cloths will be available if requested. See application for more details.
This event is being held inside Oviedo Mall and will be held Rain or Shine.
We are open to all vendors but are giving first priority to those who have a focus on local, handmade goods. We are also encouraging vendors to do do something pink themed for sale!
All vendors must agree to donate a minimum of 5% of the days sales to the Florida Breast Cancer Foundation.
Booth space will be awarded first come, first served. This is for applications only. All booths will still be assigned. Booth number assignments will be sent 1 week in advance of the faire and are subject to change.
Vendors are not allowed to “Carnival Bark” for customers or solicit other business’s for sales. Signage offering vendor discounts are acceptable.
Sorry, we are not able to accept applications for food (meal) vendors for this event. Snacks are OK. If you are unsure, apply anyway so we can ask!
Applicants will be updated to the status of their application on June24th. After June 24th, we will answer applications every 7 to 10 days. Applications submitted after October1st will be automatically waitlisted. We will let you know if there is an opening as soon as possible.
Per Oviedo Mall, all vendors for all events starting in 2025 must sign a waiver of liability the day of the event. Waivers will be sent ahead of time along with Oviedo Mall’s vendor code of conduct during vendor emails.
This event is being run by Wizards and Lizards and all communication will come from our official email and signed by The Bard, Adam Brown, or The Sorcerer, Dylan Brown. Please disregard any other communication.

Pink Tshirt

All vendors will be required to wear a pink shirt during the event. Pink Tshirts with your business' logo will made by Wizards and Lizards for $15 a piece. Profits from these shirts will be added to our donation to the Florida Breast Cancer Foundation. If you would like a shirt made by us, please be sure to upload a high quality png of your logo.

Pink Table Cloth

Wizards and Lizards will contact me within 10 days to confirm if my application has been accepted. Payments for space must be made within 7 business days of invoice recieval in order to reserve your spot. All invoicing will come directly from Wizards and Lizards. Should my application be accepted, I agree to follow the rules as outlined above and any additional rules outlined by Wizards and Lizards or Oviedo Mall in the pre-registration email. Refunds are not provided due to cancellation, illness, weather, rule-breaking etc... I acknowledge that if accepted I will be required to donate at least 5% of my days sales to the Florida Breast Cancer Foundation
